What a Votion vote costs, what is funded for the period it is voting into, and what your next $ would move. how it's estimated

The model: the projection runs Votion's own optimizer. Its captured worksheet shows the reward model (expected reward = bribe × your-votes ÷ (gauge votes + your-votes)) and the objective (maximize the sum across gauges with the vault's VP as budget); we solve that objective exactly on the same inputs with your $X added, for both max vaults — Votion's own solver stops 1–2% short of the optimum, so this is where it is aiming. Votion re-votes only when the change is worth it (observed: keeps current under ~4% deviation or ~$1 of gain). Two kinds of votes exist. LPs vote their own pools to keep emissions flowing — those votes are not for sale and sit below the rate. Votion's ~8M VP goes wherever bribe ÷ votes is best, so on the pools Votion is in, the rate equalises; that median is "Votion's rate". Add $X to a pool and its rate jumps above it; Votion moves votes in until the pool pays the rate again — projected votes ≈ (bribe + X) ÷ rate, capped by the Votion votes not already in that pool. Projected LUNA = those votes × the pool's current emissions per vote. Limits: Votion also exits pools it judges poorly regardless (both CAPA gauges next epoch at a fair rate); timing is one epoch; other bribers react. A planning number, back-testable against Votion's published plan every epoch.

What this means: vAMP voting power decays over time and snaps back to full strength when the lock is adjusted (extended or re-committed). A wallet that hasn't touched its locks in months is voting with less power than it owns — stale VP. The gap is free power: adjusting costs nothing but a transaction. The wallets below have the most to reclaim; if one is yours, go adjust. Group VP in the pie and boards uses displayed (current) VP, so reclaiming stale VP literally grows your slice.

Take-Rate Watch

Deposits sitting in INACTIVE pools keep paying the take rate while earning nothing — slowly eaten. learn more

Why this board exists: When a pool falls below the 1% vote threshold it stops earning rewards, but deposits left in it still pay the take rate — value quietly draining every epoch. The wallets below have money in that state. If a name is shown, that's a registered handle — anyone in the community can reach out and say "pull your deposit, it's being eaten." That's the point: this is a care board, not a shame board.

Is TLA Liquidity Growing?

Is the liquidity base expanding or shrinking — measured with price noise stripped out. learn more

What this means: Think of TLA as a big shared pot of crypto. This asks whether the pot is getting bigger or smaller. The catch: if LUNA's price drops, the pot looks smaller in dollars even if no one withdrew anything. So we also measure it a second way that ignores price changes — the "real" trend, the same reserves valued at today's prices. The chart shows both lines per epoch (indexed to 100 at the window start) so a one-week event reads as a step, not a permanent trend — and when one week explains most of the move, the verdict says exactly that. If real liquidity is flat or rising, the pot is healthy and money isn't fleeing; a falling dollar figure alongside a flat real line just means the market moved.

What this means: Each row is a pool (a trading pair like LUNA-USDC) with money staked in it. We watch whether money is steadily leaving any pool, which can be an early sign people are heading for the exit. Green dot = healthy, amber = worth watching, red = money leaving faster than usual. The little chart shows the last 4 weeks of staked capital. "Concentrated pool" means the two sides hold different dollar amounts on purpose — that's normal, not broken. Pools draining faster than their bucket peers, or bleeding every epoch, get flagged.

Threshold Watch

Pools need >1% of bucket votes to stay active and earn. Showing pools at risk and recently inactive. learn more

What this means: For a pool to earn rewards it needs at least 1% of the votes in its group (bucket). Below that line it goes "inactive" and stops earning — and a fee (take rate) slowly eats positions left sitting there. This panel flags pools close to the line (at risk of falling), pools already below it (consider moving your liquidity), and any that just dropped. If you have money in an inactive pool, it's working for nothing.

Every vote is a resource. This grades each active pool on how much a vote there strengthens TLA — not how much it pays you (that's the Bounty Board) and not deposit opportunity (that's Rankings). methodology

How we grade, and how the DAO decides where to vote

The one-sentence version: a vote steers LUNA emissions to a pool, so we grade every pool on what a vote there is worth to Terra, and the DAO moves its votes only to pools that have earned it — four straight epochs of solid grades — or that the council names for a stated reason. Bribes never enter the decision.

The letter: five lenses, each scored against the other active pools this epoch (100 = best of the field), weighted 20 / 25 / 15 / 25 / 15 —

  • Purpose — what the chain needs this kind of pool for. The only hand-set input: LUNA–stable 1.0 · LUNA–LST 0.9 · bluechip bridge 0.7 · stable–stable 0.6 · project / single 0.5. Changeable by DAO proposal.
  • Work — does it facilitate trades? Utilization (volume ÷ liquidity), depth, exit slippage.
  • Efficiency — what emissions buy: $ of emissions per $ traded and per $ staked; cheaper ranks higher.
  • Durability — does liquidity stay? Price-neutral retention over four epochs, amplified share, IL exposure by pair type, asset durability.
  • Governance — who holds the votes: Votion's share, bribe rate vs Votion's rate, cushion above 1%, PD's share of the pot. Less dependence ranks higher.

Bands: A ≥ 75 · B ≥ 60 · C ≥ 45 · D ≥ 30 · F. A number with no trustworthy source is blank, never zero — it drops the pool's confidence instead. Streak = consecutive epochs at C or better: the "earned" counter.

How the DAO votes (the Advisor): an existing pool earns aDAO votes with four consecutive epochs at C+; a new, inactive or unsupported pool only through a reason the council declares (supporting a struggling ally is that mechanism); bribes are never a factor — what our votes earn is a bonus reported elsewhere; and a change becomes a proposal only when it is at least 10% more system value and every pool it points at has earned it. System value per 10% chunk = the composite × 1.5 for a good pool sliding toward 1% × (1 − 0.7 × the share Votion already plans to bring) × diminishing as our share grows; 50% cap per pool. When a bucket is proposable, the exact gauge-controller vote message is generated for the council.

Who else votes: ~28% of TLA VP is Votion, moving mechanically to the best bribe per vote (the Overview's Vote Market reproduces its optimizer). A bribe exists for Votion only if its pot is funded for the period being voted.

The PD Bribe Tracker: PD's own proposal titles state its criterion ("trading efficiency + volume"). The tracker applies that criterion to every active Astroport TLA pool at placement, shows PD's allocation beside each pool's rank, the pools that outranked a bribed pool and got nothing, and the drift through each four-epoch window. It draws no conclusion; it shows the arithmetic beside the stated rule.

Declared: the Purpose table, weights, bands, the 4-epoch streak, the 10% threshold, council reasons — all published, all changeable by proposal.
